If you live in 95 Murray Street, 126 Chapin Street or 99 Murray Street and any of your outlets stopped working, please locate your breaker box within your apartment and follow these steps:

1. Open the box

2. Look at the direction all the black knobs are facing.

3. The one that is facing a different direction than all the others ones needs to be toggled to face the same direction as all the other ones. You watch a quick video tutorial here

4. Test the outlet to see if it's now working.

5. If still not working, please submit a ticket

If you live in any building other than the ones mentioned above, please locate your breaker box in the basement and follow steps 1-5 above.
